Hi, I'm

Dr. Clayr Simnacher

If you're here, chances are life feels a little heavier than you'd like right now. Maybe you're overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, navigating a major life transition, or simply wondering when you'll start feeling like yourself again.

I'm really glad you're here.

Clayr-Simnacher-PhD

I'm Dr. Clayr Simnacher, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), and counseling professor. I'm passionate about helping individuals, women, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, practical tools, and hope.

I believe therapy shouldn't feel intimidating or like you're being analyzed under a microscope. It should feel like a conversation with someone who's in your corner—a place where you can show up exactly as you are: Messy, Exhausted, Hopeful, Uncertain, or all of the above.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, postpartum mental health, parenting struggles, life transitions, or self-worth - or simply trying to keep up with the demands of everyday life- we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck and create practical strategies that fit your life—not someone else's version of it.

Women's mental health is especially close to my heart. I know how easy it is to lose yourself while caring for everyone else. If you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, miscarriage, motherhood, or another season of change, you deserve a space where someone is caring for you, too. I’ve also completed specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders through Postpartum Support International, allowing me to provide evidence-based care during these uniquely challenging seasons.

Radient Life Counseling Womens Health

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. We’ll laugh together, celebrate progress (including the small victories), and work through the hard moments with honesty and grace. I believe you are the expert on your own life—my role is to help you gain new perspectives, build confidence, and develop tools that create lasting change.

When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll probably find me with an iced coffee in hand, spending time with my family, scrapbooking (yes, it's still a thing!), trying a new local restaurant, or secretly hoping someone invites me to the rodeo. (Don't tell anyone—that one's my not-so-secret obsession.)

Taking the first step toward therapy is a big deal, and you don't have to have everything figured out before you reach out.

Because life is a lot.
